Unequal Benefits and Risks: While CJK profits, the project creates ongoing risks for residents, visitors, and the environment due to operations impact and potential environmental exposures.
Decreased property values: Real estate values, especially along the haul routes and near the Mill, would likely decline due to noise, dust, and aesthetic concerns.
